Useful information in the apartment

Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.​

Plug in the water heater upon arrival if not already on (bathroom).​

Water: tap water is not drinkable. You may use it for cooking and washing.

Instructions:
 

  • Televisions: Living room connected via Firestick TV (Amazon) / Bedroom: Integrated connection.

  • Dishwasher: Pods are provided. Use the quick mode when possible!

  • Coffee machine: Dolce Gusto pods.

  • Washing machine: Quick 15-minute program available if needed!

  • Laundry: you can use the wires available in the staircase above our floor to hang out laundry if necessary, clothes pegs are available in the entrance in a white drawer

  • Shower gel and shampoo: Provided in the shower dispensers.

  • Baby bathtub and baby carrier: Available under the bed in the balcony-side room. Please handle with care and return them clean and in good condition for the next guests!

  • Air conditioning / heating: Please avoid leaving them on during the day, and ensure windows are closed when in use.

  • Sun loungers: Available under the bed in the balcony-side room. Please handle with care and return them clean and in good condition for the next guests!

  • Vacuum cleaner: Available under the bed in the balcony-side room if needed.

  • Caution: If the door slams shut or you step outside, do not leave the key inside!

  • Before leaving...
     

  • In the bedrooms: leave the beds unmade so we can see which ones were used.
    In the bathroom: place used towels on the floor.

  • In the kitchen: empty the fridge and freezer (please do not leave open food), clean and put away dishes, empty the dishwasher, give the oven, microwave, stovetop, small appliances, dining table and kitchen surfaces a quick clean.

  • Empty all bins and throw the rubbish in the appropriate containers near the parking area.

  • Please put furniture back in place if moved and tidy up children's toys in their designated storage.

  • Outside: wipe down outdoor furniture (table surfaces), empty the barbecue and put it back in its place, and empty the ashtray.

  • Finally, make sure all lights and air conditioning units are turned off, all doors and windows are locked, and don’t forget to log out of your accounts on the TVs.

  • Please let us know once you’ve left the apartment (by 10:00 AM at the latest) and leave the keys in the key box so our cleaning team can step in.
